- Your phone number, verified by OTP, used to identify your account and orders.
- Delivery addresses and contact name you provide for shipping.
- Order history, including items purchased, coupons used, and payment status.
- Payment details are handled directly by Razorpay — we do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
- To send order confirmations and updates by email and/or SMS.
- To respond to questions submitted through the contact form.
- To improve our products and this website.
Sharing your information
We share information with third parties only as needed to run the store — for example, with Razorpay to process payments, and with courier partners to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal/tax obligations.
